Immigration Services

Permanent Residency

We assist families and individuals to apply for permanent residency. Permanent residence is a type of immigration status in Canada and when you hold and maintain this status, you have the right to live in Canada permanently. You also have the right to work, study, and access social services including health insurance. Permanent residence can be obtained through various immigration programs offered by the Canadian government. After a complete assessment, we will be able to advise you about your eligibility to apply for permanent residency.

Express Entry

Express Entry is an online system that Canadian government uses to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. If you speak English or French, have post-secondary education, have work experience, arranged employment in Canada, and are looking for opportunities to come to Canada, then it is important that you get evaluated under this program.

Self-Employed

The Self-employed Program allows individuals with relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics to immigrate to Canada permanently as a self-employed person. With regards to occupations, only those in the Unit Group 5 (Occupations in art, culture, recreation and sport) under the National Occupation Classification (NOC) qualify for this program.

Family Sponsorship

We assist families to reunite and stay together in Canada.

Family sponsorship includes sponsoring spouse, common law partner, and conjugal partner under spousal sponsorship application as well as dependent children sponsorship, and parent and grandparent sponsorship.

Temporary Visas & Permit

Those who wish to come to Canada to visit, study, or work for a limited period of time may obtain a temporary residence visa. We have experience overcoming prior refusals by submitting a complete application and properly addressing the grounds for past refusals.

Employer services

Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA job offer)

When a Canadian employer want to hire a foreign worker, they must go through a two-step process in order to receive a Canadian work permit. First, the Employer must apply to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for a Labor Market Impact Assessment, followed by a second application submitted by the foreign worker to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for the actual work permit. The LMIA is issued by ESDC who, after considering numerous protective labour market factors, authorizes the Canadian employer to hire a foreign worker. This program is designed to help employers fill temporary skill and labour shortages.
